Kosher4u delivers products all over the EU countries.

Delivery notes:

All orders have to come into our system a day in advance, we don't ship out orders on the same day! 

Exceptions:

• - If one or more of the items are out of stock.
• - If there is less stock than the amount ordered.
• - if there is a national holiday or anything else that can cause a delay.

If we have a problem with processing your order, we will contact you by email or phone. (It is very important to leave your phone number and correct Email address)

All orders outside of Antwerp made on Thursday, will be shipped on Monday the next week. 

There are 4 ways to deliver parcels:

• - UPS regular
• - TNT Express

We do our utmost best to deliver your parcel in the best way possible.

Frozen and refrigerated goods: 

Will be packed up in ice/dry ice. 
These products will only be delivered if your transit time is not longer than 2 days.
We cannot take responsibility for any damage that occurs during shipping. 

There is an option of express next-day delivery. (to Most of the places in Europe)

Perishable goods:

All perishable goods can be delivered everywhere. 
Please note that the goods won’t be as fresh anymore... 

We on our part will wrap it the best way possible 4u.
